HOLLYOAKS villain Warren Fox left the soap in dramatic fashion tonight as he kidnapped one of his twins and left the village to go on the run.

During Monday night’s episode, Warren – played by Jamie Lomas – became a dad to wins with his ex Sienna Blake, played by Anna Passey.

Up until last night, Warren had been holding Sienna hostage in a cottage so he could steal the twins as soon as she gave birth.

However, his disturbing scheme didn’t go to plan as Sienna threatened to go to the police and reveal that he killed Bart McQueen unless he let her go and left the village.

Warren allowed Sienna to give birth in hospital but after a chat with Myra McQueen, things went downhill.

Myra revealed that Warren’s son Joel – played by Rory Douglas Speed – was the one who gave his sister Katy the drugs that killed her.

Warren then attacked Joel and tied him up saying: “I know that you killed my sister. Say it to my face, say that you killed my sister.”

Joel screamed: “It was an accident!” before Warren continued: “You gave her the fix that ended her life and you lied all this time, said it was Bart.

“You might as well have put a target on his back and a gun in my hand.

“You’re weak. A coward. A rat. And that is exactly how you’re going to die.”

Warren was going to kill Joel by injecting him with heroin but Tony arrived just in time

Warren tied Joel up in the garage and decided to kill him by injecting with with heroin – the same way his sister died.

Tony Hutchinson arrived in the nick of time and convinced him to let Joel go.

Warren shouted: “I hate what you [Joel] did and I hate you.

“But he’s right. This ends here. We are done, killing you would’ve been stupid, but forgiving you would be worse. I never want to see your face again.”

He then kidnapped one of the twins and renamed her Katy after his sister as he went on the run

He then left for the hospital to see the twins but he took the little girl Sophie  and ran away. Sienna released what had happened but it was too late.

As he left the village, Warren renamed her after his dead sister saying: “Sad to say goodbye to this place, it’s just you and me now little Katy”.

Jamie has signed up to appear on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here after leaving the soap.

Discussing his decision to leave, Jamie told Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes on This Morning: “It’s Warren’s finally week next week and there’s so many twists and turns in these episodes.

“He’s such a fun character to play – playing baddies are the best characters to play on TV.

“I’ve been very fortunate that Bryan Kirkwood [the show’s executive producer] is a huge friend of mine – an amazing person as well. Creating Warren, Hollyoaks have done such an amazing job and I’m eternally grateful for giving me that opportunity.

He continued: “I’m just going to try other things and I like to go in and then have a little time there and then go out. Who knows?”

The actor let slip that he is not being killed off

Immediately picking up on his comment, Ruth quizzed: “So they are not going to kill you off?”

Realising he had made a mistake he told them “we’ll have to see”, before admitting “I think I just gave you that”.

Who is Jamie Lomas and how old is he?

Born in Manchester on April 21, 1975, Jamie Lomas is a 42-year-old actor best known for his role as bad boy Warren Fox in Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks.

Jamie also starred in EastEnders as alcoholic Jake Stone between 2013 and 2014.

He got caught up in the Lucy Beale murder storyline when her blood was found in his house.

His other acting credits include stints on Brookside, Coronation Street, Casualty, Heartbeat, Doctors and Stella.

Who does he play in Hollyoaks?

Jamie joined the cast of Hollyoaks in 2006 after landing the role of Warren Fox.

He confirmed in November 2017 that he would be leaving the soap for a third time, with a potential return in the future.

Bad boy Warren’s storylines have included drug dealing, infidelity and faking his own death. The villain has been responsible for the murder of five characters in the much-loved Channel 4 soap – Sean Kennedy, Louise Summers, Kyle Ryder, Bart McQueen and Dale Greer.

The hunky actor has also starred in BBC soap EastEnders

When was Jamie Lomas married to Kym Marsh?

Jamie began dating Coronation Street star Kym Marsh in July 2008 and they married in September 2012.

Just 13-months later, Kym filed for divorce in October 2013, citing unreasonable behaviour as the cause of the break-up.

Their first child, son Archie Jay Lomas, was born 18 weeks early on 11 February 2009 and died soon after birth.

They welcomed daughter Polly in March 2011.

Jamie is also father to son Billy from a previous relationship.

Does Jamie Lomas have any phobias and what else has he said about I’m A Celebrity?

Jamie Lomas is definitely not enjoying the thought of having creepy crawlies creeping their way across his head as he sleeps.

He’s also not trying to think too much about the trials he may have to face either. “You don’t want to do any of them really! Eating a penis is not my idea of fun.”

The former Hollyoaks villain thinks the hardest part of being in the Jungle is going to be being away from his family, although he is keen for his kids to see him as something other than a bad man on TV.

Jamie won’t rule out finding love Down Under but he’s keeping his cards close to his chest.

The single-dad would like to think that he’s not a quitter but he’s not got any expectations of winning either.

“I really do feel that this is going to be one of the biggest challenges of my life. You have got nowhere to run or hide – but bring it on!”

When is I’m A Celebrity back on TV?

I’m A Celebrity 2017 continues tonight on ITV at 9pm.

The show usually runs for three weeks.

You can catch up with any missed episodes on ITV Hub.

FRANKIE Osbourne’s funeral wasn’t all doom and gloom as Ruby Button made a cheery return two years after her departure from Hollyoaks.

The troubled character, who left the village following a battle with drugs, added a pop of colour after the heartbreaking proceedings as she rocked up to the wake in a bright yellow coat.

Mourners had earlier gathered to pay tribute to Frankie who left telly addicts in floods of tears when she collapsed at home and passed away from a stroke.

Her passing came in the aftermath of a huge explosion at Hollyoaks High School, which saw teacher Neeta Kaur fall to her death after her evil partner Mac Nightingale let go of her hand when she plummeted through the floor.

Earlier this week, we reported how Frankie’s husband Jack and step-son Darren almost caused chaos at her final goodbye as they became trapped in a car by a dog – only managing to make it at the last minute.

And Ruby, who used tom live with Frankie and Jack in their family home, made her arrival in what was an action-packed episode of the Channel 4 soap.

In previous scenes, the lads had arrived at Frankie’s ceremony with her special tune, Cher’s Turn Back Time, belting out from their car after forking out £2,000 for the rare record.

Stepping out of a cab, Ruby spotted long-time pal Nancy talking to Luke and shouted: “Hey, what’s a girl got to do to get a hug around her?”

She was met with a squeal of delight from Nancy, who charged towards her in an equally vibrant green mac.

Meanwhile Jack and Darren narrowly avoided missing Frankie’s wake

Ruby, played by Anna Shaffer, left the show in 2014 after her character suffered a heart attack.

Yet she reassured fans with her happy and healthy appearance.

One fan took to Twitter to celebrate, and post: “So glad Ruby is back in #HollyOaks!!!”

Another put: “Omg ruby !!!!!!!!!!! @Hollyoaks,” as a third posted: “Pretty much screamed the house down when I saw Ruby was back, ahh!”

  • Hollyoaks airs weeknights on Channel 4 at 6.30pm with a first look episode following at 7pm on E4
